Variable groups allow you to create sets of variables, and switch between which set is being used from the Sidebar. Go to the variables section in the sidebar to create, update, and remove variable groups from your project.
Once you’re on the variables section of the Sidebar, either right click or press the 3-dot menu to create/remove/rename variable groups. Or click on one to start editing it’s content.
Beak with a variable group open to be edited.
On the project section of the Sidebar, expand the variable groups menu, and for each variable group change which set is currently being used by Beak for requests.
