To make debugging issues easier, we may ask you to send logs from Beak to us to help diagnose the issue. While Beak is open, if you navigate to Help→Show application logs Beak will open the folder which contains the logs. Logs are stored in the standard user data folder for Electron apps, the documentation on this is available on the electron website.
